Shipping Policy

If your profile order requires shipping, in stock items are shipped within one business day from the time your order is confirmed. Electronic orders have no shipping charge or handling fee.

Electronic orders
EPIC Credits and Reports, which require a pass code to be issued, will be fulfilled during business hours M-F, 9-5 EST.

Standard Shipping Charges: $18.00 handling and Free Shipping regardless of quantity
Standard shipping provides delivery in three to four business days.

Special Handling is available:

Second Day Delivery: Add $25.00 to actual shipping charges (FedEx or UPS)

Next Day: Add $40.00 to actual shipping charges (FedEx or UPS)

Orders requiring special handling must be placed by phone to 888-669-3923 by Noon. 

Sales Tax

Many states require us to collect sales tax. If you are in one of those states, the appropriate state sales tax will be added to your order.

Currently, sales tax is charged for Inscape products shipped to the following states:
AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MI, MN, NY, NC, OH, PA, TN, TX and VA. (December 2008)
